Why
dressmetee?
Dressmetee officially
started on the 31st of August 2008, and we are working hard
to grow and establish ourselves as a trustable and reliable
website for online sprees. We really hope that you lovely
guys and gals follow us and grow with us, thank you!
Why
is the exchange rate so high?
the current real exchange
rate is US$1= SG$1.475 (as of november 2 2008), so we are
actually not charging high :)
How
much is the shipping fee?
Shipping costs varies from
person to person (check the terms and conditions page), it
depends on how much you order and the amount of people
participating in the spree.
How
are the shipping units counted?
It is stated in the terms
and conditions, but for convenience, here’s the detail
Clothes (Light tops,leggings) – 1 unit
Heavy tops/Dresses/Bottoms /Jacket / Small Bags / Light
shoes - 1.5 unit
All DENIM items/Heavy bags/any item that is 500g and abv -
2 units
Accessories(earrings,bracelet,stockings,necklace,watches) –
0.5 unit
How long does it take to ship?
It usually takes 2 to
3weeks + 1 to 2 days after the end of the spree to ship, so
please do be patient ok! Thanks!
Where
are the possible collection points to collect clothings?
There are currently three
locations that we offer, Woodlands, Bishan and Orchard. We
hope that it is convenient for you :). Timing will be based
on our preference, and we will try our best that the timing
suits you.
How
are the shipping costs settled?
The shipping costs would
be settled all in the first payment
After
payment, what should we do?
Wait for our email! Please
do visit our site to check for regular updates. We will
also inform you if there are any issues.
What
if we don’t get our product after three weeks

to 3 weeks is just an estimated time. If you still don’t
get it, please be patient and trust us. WE WILL MAKE SURE
YOU GET YOUR PRODUCT. This is a promise we make to you and
all of our customers!
Do
you charge for mail locally?
Yes of course! Normal mail
will depend on the weight of your package. Meet-up is free.
What
if I am not satisfied with your service?
We won’t disappoint you,
we promise this too! ( if we do, we're sorry!)
How
will refunds be done and what criteria must be met before
products are legitimate for refund.
We will not be responsible
if it is in the case of wrong size/color. However if the
goods have been damaged during the process of shipping, we
will help you bargain for a new one from them. There is no
promise, and we will not be responsible for it. (Please see
terms and conditions for more info)
What
are the available kinds of sprees that you hold?
There are many ranges,
such as Forever21, Zipia, Victoria’s Secret, Wetseal,
GoJane, D&G, bebe. Etc. Etc. We will keep increasing
the list, please check out the spree list to see if your
favourite shop is there!
Is
there anything we should do before ordering?
Reading this is FAQ is an
excellent first step you have taken! Reading our terms and
condition would be really beneficial too, please do read k!

Can
you forward the spree deadline so I could benefit in
whatever ways?
I’m sorry, we can’t do
this due to various reasons.
Can
I request for certain kinds of sprees?
Yes please do! You can tag
us on the tagboard requesting for the sprees that you would
like, and we will reply to you as soon as we see it.
Can
we request to receive regular updates?
Yes please do! Each and
every customer has a significant value and we recognize ,
and we sure don’t want to lose any of you.
